Who are we?

Sitera is the service name of Emmanuel Philis (sole proprietorship / enkeltpersonforetak, org.nr 937 705 794), a Norwegian GEO agency (Generative Engine Optimization) with its registered address in Oslo. Emmanuel Philis is the data controller for the personal data you share with us via this website.

What information do we collect?

When you order a GEO analysis, we collect what you send us: name, email address and website address. We collect no more than necessary, and we never sell your data to third parties.

We also use Microsoft Clarity for statistics on how pages are used (clicks and scrolling). Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. is an independent controller of the data Clarity collects and processes it under Microsoft's own privacy statement. Form content is masked. Clarity uses cookies only if you accept; the legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). If you decline, Clarity stores nothing on your device; we only store your choice in your browser. What do we use the information for?

The information is used solely to deliver the service you have ordered (GEO analysis or consultation) and to send you results and relevant follow-up. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

Storage and security

The information is stored securely and deleted no later than 24 months after the last contact, unless you are an active client. We use only EEA-based service providers where possible.

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and data portability. Get in touch at emmanuel@sitera.no to exercise your rights. You may also lodge a complaint with Datatilsynet.
